Comfortable Jump solution is based on Industrial telecom platform and intended for serving subscribers who change mobile numbers or mobile operators due to better tariffs (prepaid/postpaid), services, quality or other reasons. Subscribers may change not only tariff plans but even mobile operators without doubt that his/her friends lost their contacts.

 To inform his/her friends about new number; subscriber shall set unconditional call forwarding to Comfortable Jump service number from his old phone number.

When someone tries to reach old number the system informs him that number of called subscriber had been changed. New number of called subscriber may be either sent to calling subscriber via SMS (if service supported by originate network) or played via IVR. To inform called subscriber about missed calls Comfortable jump system provides SMS notification.
